Dr. Anne Kerr serves as Senior Consultant for Institutional Knowledge, having most recently served as President of Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida, a post which she held for twenty years.  During her tenure there she transformed the institution with multiple fundraising and strategic initiatives that grew the school in reputation, performance, and stature.  Her distinguished career also includes significant roles at the University of Richmond, Rollins College, and the University of Central Florida where she consistently elevated educational standards and fostered community engagement while raising institutional profiles through partnerships, advocacy, and fund development.

In her role at Institutional Knowledge, Dr. Kerr supports clients in strategic planning, positioning, brand strategy, fund development, and executive mentoring and coaching for new college presidents.
